Mona’s vision couldn’t be contained within the language of accommodation. It needed a brand system that communicated atmosphere, not just amenities. The challenge was to craft a visual and verbal identity that felt rooted, open, and quietly magnetic—without over-defining something meant to grow organically.
We developed Mona’s early communication strategy and digital presence, focusing on tone, experience design, and conceptual framing. The website and brand materials became the lens through which Mona was first understood—and later, emulated.
Mona created a format that didn’t exist before: a glamping-based retreat where reading by the fire, shared meals, and cycling meetups felt as core as the beds themselves.
This commission gave us the opportunity to help shape not just a brand, but a cultural blueprint.
