These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of atelierwoo.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Atelier WOO LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
We offer creative and strategic services across the following domains:
Branding and visual identity
Communication strategy and intercultural consultancy
Web and graphic design
Copywriting and illustration
Creative marketing campaigns
All project-specific scopes and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement.
3. Payment Terms
30% of the project fee is due upon signing the contract.
The remaining 70% is due upon delivery of the final approved work.
Payments are non-refundable.
Once the initial payment is made and work has begun, cancellation is not permitted.
4. Revisions
Two (2) rounds of revisions are included for each creative deliverable.
Additional rounds will incur a fee, determined at the time based on scope and complexity.
5. Ownership & Usage
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final approved work.
We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio, communications, and promotional materials.
You may not resell our work or transfer it for commercial use to another company operating in a similar industry or market without prior written consent.
6. The Alchemist
Our editorial journal, The Alchemist, contains a login-protected area for members. By creating an account and participating in discussions, you agree to engage respectfully and avoid sharing or posting content that is offensive, unlawful, or spam. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content or accounts that violate these principles.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be settled in U.S. courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
